WHEN: July 13-19, 2025

Departure: July 13 at 10 a.m.

Return: July 19 at 5 p.m.

COST: $1050 covers transportation, housing, meals at camp, and a T-shirt. A deposit of $250 is required to hold your spot.

We never want the cost of camp to be the reason someone does not attend, and there will be fundraising opportunities throughout the spring. Please have your child talk to their leader or contact us for more information.

PAYMENT: A deposit of $250 is due upon registration. Installments of $400 will be due on March 1 and May 1. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Deposits are non-refundable after March 1. All money paid toward camp is non refundable after March 31. We are aware situations may arise where your child will need to pull out of our trip. Our policies are in place because we are held financially responsible to camp and the bus company once we have secured spots for those that have registered. Exceptions will be made for illnesses and family emergencies.
