South Charlotte Young Life Family Camp

WHERE: Windy Gap, a Young Life camp in Weaverville, NC

WHEN: May 9-11, 2025

COST: $175 for adults and children 12-18 years of age and $99 for children 3-11 years of age. Children 2 and under are free. This fee covers lodging, four meals, linens, supplies for Kids' Club and weekend programming. A deposit of $175 is required to hold your family's spot.

LODGING: Lodging is dormitory-style in Windy Gap's cabins; dads will stay with their sons and moms will stay with their daughters. There are a limited number of special accommodations for families with infants that do not sleep through the night or with extenuating circumstances.

REFUND POLICY: Deposits are non-refundable after March 15. The trip balance must be paid in full by April 18. For trip cancellations after April 18, we will refund 50% of your amount paid.

The registration for Adult #1 is where you enter initial details for everyone in the family. This ensures you only have one payment link for all members of the family.
You will then register Adult #2 and each child on the following registration options. Each of these only requires basic information. This ensures a health form link is created for each family member.
